Thread Lift

What is a thread lift?

The thread lift is a revolutionary, non-surgical alternative to a full facelift. Thread lifts can address wrinkling and sagging around the cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, and neck and will restore a more youthful look. Since thread lift treatments are minimally invasive, patients do not need to contend with the lengthy recovery times associated with traditional facelift surgery. Instead, thread lift patients can enhance facial contours with virtually no downtime.

FANTASTIC CONTOURS

  • Thread lifts utilize a cannula to insert the thread into the intermediate layer of the skin. The thread anchors the skin and provides natural-looking lift and structure to the face. Once the thread is inserted, the cannula is removed and the thread remains beneath the skin to maintain a lifting effect. The threads do not create any scar tissue and dissolve on their own within 4-6 months. The threads can also stimulate the production of collagen for further enhancements to skin texture and elasticity.

  • Thread lifts can usually be completed within 45-60 minutes.

  • Since thread lifts are non-surgical procedures, they do not require general anesthesia. Your doctor will typically numb the treatment area with a topical anesthetic to minimize any discomfort during your thread lift procedure.

  • A single thread lift treatment can achieve substantial results. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results, depending on the specifics of your procedure.

  • The thread lift is designed to treat mild to moderate skin laxity. If you are bothered by drooping or sagging around the mid-to-lower face and neck areas, then a thread lift may be right for you.

  • The thread lift can achieve natural-looking, long-lasting enhancements to facial contours. There is virtually no downtime or recovery following a thread lift and patients can typically resume most of their daily activities immediately following treatment. Thread lift results can last up to 2-3 years.
